This policy explains what information Mehrivy Traders (“we”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
Information you give us
When you submit the service appointment form or the contact form we collect:
- your name and phone number,
- the bike you are interested in, or your bike model and the service you need,
- your preferred appointment date and time (appointment form only), and
- any message you choose to write.
We use this only to respond to you, arrange service appointments, and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Buttons on this website open WhatsApp with a ready-made message. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp. Messages you send are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. This website does not read or store your WhatsApp conversations.
Anonymous usage statistics
To understand which bikes are popular we record anonymous events such as product page views, catalogue searches, and clicks on WhatsApp and share buttons. These records contain the page and product involved but no name, phone number, or IP address. We do not use advertising trackers.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are stored in a secured database that only authorised Mehrivy Traders staff can access. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and keep basic sales records.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at 0305 1600532. We will delete it unless we must keep a record of a completed sale.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
